Cancellation & Payment Policies

Effective date: 06/01/2018

A non-refundable deposit may be paid to secure registration greater than 30 days from a course. Less than 30 days, payment in full is required.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the program. A $100 administrative fee will apply to all payments made at the course.

All cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the course. Refunds requested less than 30 days prior to a course cannot be accommodated.  Non-refundable deposits may be transferred to another course for up to 1 year from the canceled course date.

Simply Implants Institute reserves the right to cancel or modify a course without prior notice. Change in programs may be subject to a rate increase.

Simply Implants Institute reserves the right to refuse registration and maintains the ability to cancel and/or modify the conference without prior notice.

All travel costs are paid for by you, the course attendee. Simply Implants Institute is not responsible for reimbursing any prepaid‚Äč, ‚Äčnon-modifiable, or non-refundable travel expenses.

Simply Implants Institute reserves the right to rescind course arrangements for any applicant for any reason.

It is recommended that you, the attendee secure travel arrangements for the training course that ‚Äčis ‚Äčrefundable or modifiable in the eventuality that ‚Äčthere ‚Äčis a date change, modification, or cancellation of the course.
