Core Two is designed to build on the foundation learned in Core One and take student doctors to the next level in their training and experience.
COURSE FOCUS:Â Bone grafting, introduction to tens bite repositioning, restorative focus on overdentures, Hybrids, and FP1-3 bridges plus understanding the parts for each prosthetic, and introduction to the digital workflow.
- Each student will be pushed to the next level in surgery in order to gain precision placement and speed.
- Each student restorative knowledge will be taken to the next level in overdentures, hybrids and FP1-3 bridges.
- Each student will start experiencing the temporization process for âAll on Xâ cases and FP1 cases live on patients, Digital and analog temporization techniques.
- Each student will start to work with all the photogrammetry instruments used in surgery and experience the digital workflow on their own patients.
- Each student will work one on one with the laboratory to start for the first time understanding the flow and will clearly understand that the placement determines the outcome of each case.
- Each student will be able to place 20 plus implants on their own patients during the two-day course. Cases will vary for each student and will be determined by the student's skills that were shown in the previous course. A one-on-one mentorship approach is mandatory during this experience.

- Each student will need to demonstrate proficiency on grafting ridges, completing sutures and sizing appropriate multi-units for loading each arch.
- Each student will need to demonstrate knowledge on the digital workflow with lab assistance up to the point of loading prosthetics.
- Each student will need to demonstrate knowledge on the differences between a hybrid workflow experience vs the FP1 temporization process.
- Each student will need to demonstrate knowledge on the differences in placement of implants when using MUAâs vs going directly for the prosthetic chosen for surgery.
